For tenants that wish to rent out their property while they are away:
- Assisting the owners to apply for a license
- Representing owners on lease agreements when owners are not available
- Representing owners in Condominium meetings
- Advertising your property and finding a suitable tenant for short or long term lease
- Management of tenants bookings
- Management of tenants requirements, informing the owner with any serious issues
- Cleaning the property, including washing of laundry whenever there is a change in tenants, or upon request.
- Greeting incoming tenants and make sure their checking-in run smoothly
- Collection of deposit and rent
- Make sure all required maintenance works are done up to standard
- Payments of any ground rent, utility bills, insurances and ensure services are active whilst owners are away.
- Budgeting and up keep of financial records of all income and expenditure.
For tenants that wish to keep their property in good shape without renting it:
- General day to day Maintenance of the property or as required
- Payments of any ground rent, Utility bills, Insurances and ensure services are active whilst owners are away.
- Regular progress reporting of the condition of the property upon inspection
- Monthly property visits to open the property, make use of appliances and utilities and ensure everything is kept in working condition.
- Collection and forwarding of mail to any address or by email
- Representing owners in Condominium meetings and liaise with Condominium Administrator
- Representing owners with suppliers, insurance and Authorities when possible.
